Returns + Exchanges

 

Returns:

We accept unworn, unused items purchased exclusively from goodbehaviorbrand.com within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned with the hang tags attached and all original packaging. Any merchandise without these items or considered worn may not qualify for a refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

How to make returns:

Complete the return form included on your packing list and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package.

Ship your package using a carrier of your choice and keep the tracking details for your records.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 10-15 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Exchanges:

Due to our constantly changing inventory and high demand we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like an exchange, we recommend creating a return for a refund (the credit will appear within 5-7 business days) and selecting a new product.
